Teaming up with certified local educators across the country, the National Inventors Hall of Fame® has provided safe and exciting summer camps for 30 years and counting! Each year, we develop and test a new hands-on camp program to get campers thinking, moving, exploring and creating.

NOTE: Decisions about the format of Camp Invention at UMKC have not been determined at this time. If an in-person option is not available, Camp Invention will take place in a semi-virtual format with a box full of exciting activities mailed to each camper’s home.

COST: $235.00

Thanks to generous support from Google Fiber, we will be offering a limited number of scholarships for students to attend Camp Invention in Summer 2021. Please complete the Scholarship Application and submit it to umkcscecamps@umkc.edu. Scholarship recipients will be notified by email. Scholarships will be dispersed on a first-come, first-served basis.
